Dr. Rashi brings years of scientific and nutritional expertise and deep empathy to every meal we serve. Having worked closely with individuals and families struggling with diabetes, PCOS, thyroid issues, obesity, and autoimmune conditions, she saw the same problem over and over again — people want to eat better, but healthy food is either unavailable or unaffordable.

Cafe ZERO was born to solve this. To give families, children, and everyday people access to clean, healing food — the kind of food that’s normally reserved for wellness retreats or elite cafes.
